2nd attempt at an IPA. Loved the hop bill of the first one, so kept it. Changed the grain bill a bit. Reduced Crystal, added carafoam, and swapped out wheat malt, replaced with MO. Got back to 75% efficiency after a couple low batches.

I like the idea of using MO in an IPA, let me know how this turns out.

Will do Rob. I'm pretty sure that Al's Red Racer clone was half MO
I actually like blending MO with 2 row pale, just to give that bit of an earthiness character where straight 2 row is neutral. Especially in an IPA. :chug:
Got some pretty good feedback on this one at club meetings, and it scored well at the All About Ales competition in October (scores attached). I wish they could have judged it fresh, as it was about 2 months after brew day when it was judged.
Based on the feedback, I think I'll up the 60 minute IBUs and up the dry hops a bit.
Also I'd go with 05 for yeast as the SD Super Yeast was disappointing and didn't attenuate as well as advertised. Could have been my fault, but 05 is too easy.
