My session IPA has almost completed fermentation. So far the hop additions are as following:
1oz @ 60 min Chinook for bittering (48ibu)
2oz Citra @ 0min
1oz Simcoe dry secondary
1oz Citra dry secondary
I took a sample yesterday and then decided to add 2 more oz of dry hops, but I cannot decide what to use. I have narrowed it down to either;
2oz of Citra
or
1oz Amarillo
1oz Cascade
You know life is hard when you have these kind of hard decisions to make! :lol:

Did you steep the hops @0, or chill right away?
If this is a 5 gallon batch I would add all, bringing the total dry hop addition to 6oz. Quite reasonable for a hoppy session IPA.

@0 min was chilled right away.
It is a 5 gallon batch, interesting idea to add them all.

Of course I am a bit hop stupid. By that I mean I love to use a lot of hops. You could go with 1oz citra, 1oz amarillo. Those play nicely together.

Sounds like the one I just did, 1oz of Chinook at 60, 2oz of Cascade at 10, 2.5oz of Cascade for a 30min steep, and then another 2oz of Cascade as dry hop, 5 gal.
Had a little taste today when I put in the dry hops, very tasty. Guess I know my own Chinook hops are worthy!!
