Title: Melanoidin for Aromatic and Biscuit

I have a recipe for Oktoberfest that calls for 2 oz Belgian Aromatic and 2 oz Belgian Biscuit. As I understand it, these can be substituted for Melanoidin? But 4oz of Melanoidin is quite a bit no? I wonder what the idea was putting both of those together in the first place was...
