Hi guys,
Noble Grape carries Cara-Pils Crystal malt 10šL. Is that the same thing as Cara-Pils/Carafoam that I see in lots of recipes?

edit: Cara-Pils is supposedly just 1.3 or 1.5L from the below datasheets... I'd guess NG mis-transcribed something, as it's a brand-name so the data-sheet should be the bible there.

Welcome CC, if you're looking for grain, always make sure to post here before ordering. As I'm sure you're aware, one of the advantages of being a full member is of course our bulk buy. What you may not know is that a few members have virtual bomb shelter supplies of grain, and requests usually go filled by one of them.
I've sold off bucketloads of my supply to new members looking to get a start prior to the next bulk buy being completed and i know others that have sold or traded off plenty as well.
I tend to sell just because I really don't want to track trades. The prices are consistently significantly below the NG pricing, availability is usually much quicker. Though I don't have Cara-Pils, I've got about 25 pounds of Cara-Foam in my bunker, and I know I'm not alone.
Same holds true for hops.

Thanks JohnQ. I have a good stockpile of grain right now, but I am looking to buy a sack of Maris Otter on the next bulk order. Any idea when that'll be?

We do bulk grain orders as needed, which works out to it being every two or three months with current demand. I expect the next one will be sent in January.
