(anyone here should watch AB's homebrewing vid - I think his cooking stuff is great but the homebrew effort pretty much defines "phoning it in").

I sub to /r/homebrewing too, but the damn site is inundated with "OMG DID I RUIN MY FIRST BATCH"....so it gets worthless.....
