Woke up this morning to a freshly painted bathroom ceiling ...
-
You ferment in your bathroom?
-
Is the wedding still on?
-
Or was it just a late night last night? :drunk:
-
That’s why I always use a blowoff tube for the first 4-5 days
-
Just curious, what's the temperature in your fermenting area?
-
pictures?

Pics or gtfo :P

1056? That yeast is a beast.
-
1056 is correct.
Plastered both the wall and the ceiling ... probably the only time I have not used a blowoff tube that I can remember. And get this, Catherine cleaned it up while I slept upstairs ... this is why I put a ring on her finger. So nothing chunky, but visibly stained.
I'll take some pics and post later on.
I was fermenting around 17C
