Its a 2 batch kind of day, Centennial Blonde (mashing currently) and Old Peculiar.

I plan on brewing a coffee stout next week.  Before I start looking, does anyone already have a tried and tested recipe they'd like to share?
In kegs: Nothing :(

My stout, which I am currently drinking as I brew the Winter Wheat beer, is great. Not to sound self-absorbed, but its really good, and tried by many of the people on here. If you take this:

and add a litre of really strong coffee at flameout, its glorious.

Brewed my very first BMC clone last weekend....to appease my gf...and her father.

should come in at a whopping 3.8% and taste like water....just how they like it.  I would post the recipe, but someone already did  ;)

cause it calculated out to 5.1 based on beertools

I used your recipe and toned down the grain.  I was aiming for 4% and got 3.8%.
