Brewing a Russian Imperial Stout on Friday morning with a buddy that's coming down to Amherst from Fredericton. Likely won't be drinking this one until the fall at the earliest as I'm planning to age it on some Bourbon soaked medium toast American oak.

I'll be brewing a 12GAL batch of the first recipe I created myself. Not sure what style this is, but I'm aiming for a light ale.
14lbs 2 row
2lbs corn flaked
1lb vienna
0.5lb light munich malt
0.5lb toasted wheat
0.5oz palisade
0.5oz cascade
0.5oz amarillo
0.5oz centennial

Easter weekend, I'm finishing my 10gal build and doing schoolwork... the final part of the system will arrive next week, and then I'm doing IPAs Coffee Stout, and Pale Ale.

I won’t be brewing this w-e but I will prepare my rochefort 8 recipe that I’ll brew next week. I will also bottle my leffe blonde and wash the yeast that I’ll be using for the rochefort. I will also finish working on my keg/co2 setup (no keezer yet)
