Do any of you folks have any Picaroon's clone recipes? I was surprised to see that they mention a bunch of N.American hops in their best bitter Cascade, Willamette, Tettnang, & Mt. Hood!
I tried some more new brunswick english style beer that I was very impressed with- Fog Horn- I really enjoyed their Golden ale and their Special bitter was not bad either. I wonder what yeast those guys are using?
