As I mentioned at the last meeting, I don't mind hosting. I'm new to the group and have not met alot of the members but if nobody's opposed we can do it at my place

Yeah, wow, I took my bike out for the first time this season today and my legs were jello after an embarassingly short amount of time... solution = more biking & less staring at computer screen for me.

I jogged three of the holes (kept up with the karts) yesterday and wasn't knackered. I think my standing bike and morning exercise has pretty much kept me from complete physical fail. First paintball out this year and well... it took three days for my legs to recover. Lesson learned: exercise needs to be whole body, or the moment you need those mistreated muscle groups you're gonna be in for a shock.
