Hop rhizomes
« on: April 29, 2013, 09:18:35 PM »
Hey all, sorry I missed the AGM as Hop Santa usually likes to make his appearance at the event but I got delayed a week.

Anywho I've got a bag or Cascade, Nugget and Willamette rhizomes for those members who might be interested.....yet another perk of being a member.  I'm hoping to hit the next meeting but if not can make arrangments with the elves to get them there.   Just checking interest.

If I deliver them like last time, I'll be sure to take my share out of the bags first.  Last year I handed 3 labeled bags to richard, and he gave me back a bag with a mixture of all 3...I have no bloody clue what's growing in my back yard....Damn you Richard!  Damn you!

I can't remember what happened, but I was probably just testing your ability to differentiate cultivars through sensory methods ;)

Ok...so it appears there is intrest and that Richard is unable to differentiate cultivars based on rhizomes alone.

I'll plan to be at the next meeting (May 11th) and I'll bring all that I have so all those wanting some should be there as well.  I feel like a proud parent letting my babies spread thier wings....other than I can't stand children.   Ehhh kids.....
