Thanks Dean, I was planning to submit to this.

Anyone have travel plans to Halifax before May 15?

Shipping wouldn't be too bad if not.

Yea Noble Grape may even be able to help us out for shipping too.

@Two Wheeler (http://nbcba.org/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=2007), are you looking to get beat in another competition by @DeMerch (http://nbcba.org/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=2027) again?

In terms of shipping, informal NB to NS mule services are always happening. Just put the word out and I'd wager that someone is travelling and transporting for someone else already.  I know my last 3 trips between Sackville/Amherst to HRM  was either dropping off or bringing back something or other.

So is anyone interested in entering this? I have a few submissions. I can lead logistics for getting the beer there.

Even if you're not super proud of the beer you submit, the feedback sheets are invaluable to improve your process or recipe, and it will remain anonymous.

I will probably send a couple but i'm shipping from NL sadly... my beer entries are definitely helping Canada Post's bottom line

I'd just ship my brew to Freddy Beach and let @Two Wheeler (http://nbcba.org/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=2007) get it the rest of the way for me, but I'm afraid he'd swap our labels.

I'll look through the styles to see if I have anything worth submitting.

I wouldn't put it past him. Can't be trusted - especially since you seem to be schooling him on a regular basis on these things. He got a bunch of new equipment and build projects complete though to up his game, so he's coming for you DeMerch!

Heads up: You Fredericton guys should be able to drop off at Noble Grape

Quote from: Chalmers on the Brewnosers forum
Sorry for the slow reply: all NG locations should be good to accept entries, including the Coldbrook and Fredericton locations.

That's awesome. Although they gave me the runaround for the Garrison competition. I'll email them and report back here.

Gordon at NG confirmed that they are accepting entries, and he said they would accept them up until the 15th. He requested that we package the beer to ensure that it doesn't break during shipping. When they sent my beer to the Garrison competition, they used Canada Post so I assume this would be similar.

I see the Brewnosers comp page says they've hit their 325 entry limit so if you haven't already registered you're probably out of luck. I had one beer down, but was planning on entering a couple more. I guess that's a good lesson in entering these things early.
