Just reading about this, poor man's kegging? Or better time management vs bottling.
http://www.brewingtools.com/Interesting idea, and would take the time out of what bottling takes, I guess my only issue would be that (other than the price) is that it takes up alot of fridge real estate, and unless you drink the same beer all the time (which I don't) then it is kinda wasting space in the fridge. Could easily have 8-10 different bottles in the same space.
Also thought you could force carb it, but in the FAQ, they don't recommend it, treat it with priming sugar the same as you would with bottles.
Interesting.....but just not 100% convinced it is better.
