BBB....Brewer's Bash Breakfast
« on: July 03, 2014, 06:36:31 AM »
Time to start planning the BBB...
Please sign up here with the appropriate number of +'s so we have an accurate count.

Fhilo and I will  each have a BBQ again.
I'll bring Potatoes for Hash Browns again, and make either french toast or pancakes.
We'll need bacon and sausage.

We plan on getting to the site early enough to block off all the parking spots required to control the little area we used last year, presuming all is the same down there.

Here's the bing map...http://binged.it/1o3X7Hp... for those that were unfortunate enough to miss it last year. (and those who may have, by the end of the day, had no memory of what had occurred earlier that day)

Not sure if people want to do a more planned supper, or if the same as last year (a walk to VMM) works.

Let me know in your post what you think about supper plans.

I'm definitely up for the breakfast. My wife will be dropping me off so we can get her to stay for breakfast and use the tailgate as a table. So it'll be me my wife and 2 kids but they don't eat much. Also a buddy of mine is planning to come. So that's 3 adults and 2 kids. As far as supper I'll be going to victory for a steak to cook back at headquarters.  :rock:

I'm in, my wife will probably join me. I can bring anything, I'll plan for bacon but I'm flexible.

I’m in and I’ll bring some sausages again this year.  I would have bring some homemade bacon but sadly I’m out at the moment, I think this is worst than empty kegs lol

So should I bring sausages for 10 people?  I’ll also bring a jar of homemade creton (spreadable pork meat)

Eggs?  Coffee?

There may be a third with us as well. We'll bring some bacon to grill up... I can't seem to access the map on my computer here at work, nor my tablet at home. Can you fill me in on the address, or other directions? Also, what time are we shooting for?

I will stop in later in the morning to join everyone (but can't be there for the breakfast itself however).

I'm hoping to go for dinner if there is any BBQ real estate space for a guest and I to thrown some Victory steaks on.

 :cheers:

So I'm trying to get organised about who's bringing what and for how many people. This is what I've got so far.
@JohnQ - potatoes, French toast, strawberries, whipped cream, BBQ, tables and griddles.
@Fhilo +2 - BBQ x2, cast iron pan, fruit and cheese
@feldmann - bacon
@jamie_savoie - +1- Sausage and creton(wonderful spreadable pork spread), 2 burner stove, cast iron pan, French press, coffee, mustard.
@JamesC +2 - bacon
@Two Wheeler +3 - Drinks juice, coffee, tea?
@brew +3 - table, Colman stove, cast iron pan.
@Roger +4 - Colman stove with a cast iron pan. I'll have the truck so I can use the tail gate for a table. I'll pick up plates, cutlery, paper towel, and cups.
So that makes 22 people.(including children)
Good times!!!  :rock:

Let me know what I can bring... I'm happy to grab coffee and drinks, and more meat if needed.
