Post by: Duncan on September 08, 2011, 06:48:04 PM
"How to Brew" by John Palmer is a really informative site, well organized, good ideas, I'm getting a lot from the all grain section....have I just re-invented the wheel?

Yep, a really valuable resource, I remember reading that eagerly.

Also check out Homebrewing for Dummies:
http://www.amazon.ca/Homebrewing-Dummies-Marty-Nachel/dp/0470230622

and Brewmaster's Bible:
http://www.amazon.com/Brewmasters-Bible-Gold-Standard-Brewers/dp/0060952164

Both of those give great reference and general material that is easy to understand.

I've had that book for a while now and I look up something at least once a week.
