Yeah, pretty good already. Tough, but that's why it's supposed to shaved super thin I guess.
Really looking forward to seeing how it ages.
We actually finished off the whole loin in 2 more batches the next day so we have 3 kgs done.

lol well no real recipe
sauce is a mix of water & equal parts Soy sauce Fish sauce bout 1/4 cup of sugar Tbsp of corn starch
Saute chicken first throw in your veggies and at the last second throw in your sauce and bean sprouts
serve it on top of rice noodles and crush some peanuts for the top
