1 dry pint button mushrooms (whole, unpeeled)
1.5 cup India Pale Ale
fresh minced garlic, red onion, and cracked pepper to taste
1 tsp italian salad dressing
1/2 tsp Worstershire sauce
1.5'' cube of raw stewing beef cut in quarters (make sure its cooked before serving) to add flavour to the liquid
Combine all the ingredients in pot, cover and slowly bring to a gentle boil. Remove lid and boil until tender, then drain and serve.
