So I brewed a summer wheat beer in the early summer / late spring... I ended up with about half a gallon left over, and was going to make a radler with it, but never actually got around to buying juice. I went into the basement today, and this is what I see...

It doesn't have any odd smells that I pick up. Still smells like the base beer did. That particular batch was probably the best I've made... I'm just going to let it do its thing and see what happens.

Another option is to drink it as quickly as possible.

Although normally a fan of quickly consuming available beer, in this case I like the idea of an unplanned funk experiment.
