bang (small caps)

JQ had the caps ;-)
Just pulled the trigger on my new pilot brewery. Decided to go with Stout Tanks and Kettles (
http://conical-fermenter.com/
). Everything comes with welded in place tri-clamp connections and I have read good reviews on
http://www.probrewer.com
. I've decided to go 20 gallon, so I will have 20 gallon HLT (equipped for HERMS) and MT, with a 30 gallon BK .
HLT -

HERMS -

MT -

BK -

One of my pieces is likely a little unique to the homebrewer scene... a 40 gallon brite tank with carb stone and pressure valve.
http://conical-fermenter.com/products/brite-tanks/
Decided on the EBC III controller from High Gravity (
https://www.highgravitybrew.com/productcart/pc/EBC-III-with-Infinite-Power-Control-269p3858.htm
) with 5500W elements in the HLT and BK. Also ordered the Therminator chiller (
https://www.highgravitybrew.com/productcart/pc/ShowInfo.asp?SIArray=1589,&cd=Plate%20Chillers
).
The Stout Tanks and Kettle Brew Kettle is on back order, so I ordered a Blichmann 30 gallon Boilermaker untill the Stout is ready in February.
So I will likely have a 3 month old 30 gallon Boilermaker for sale in February if anyone might be interested.
Phase I pilot will also include 4 - 35 gallon plastic conical tanks for fermentation.
Stoked!

Looks like you cheated and opened your presents before Christmas... I think it will take at least 20 Gallons of the good stuff for you to get back in Santa's good graces...
