Title: Tettnanger and Willamet Hops ?

Anyone have and thinking on brewing a Red hook ESB and it calls for those hops

I've got some homegrown organic leaf Willamette from 2010's crop.  How much do you need?

Ive decided to use Fuggles instead since I have them on hand thanks Brian !!!
