Title: Need CO2 tank and regulator
Post by: DandyMason on November 06, 2011, 06:24:59 PM
Hey guys, my dad and his friend have brewed kits forever, but are just now getting into kegging. Anyone have any extra CO2 tanks and regulators that they could buy from you? Let me know!

I just put in an order last night with ontario beer kegs. Too bad, we could have saved on shipping. They seem to have some pretty good prices on that stuff, probably your best bet.

Yeah you might be right... They definitely seem to have the cheapest regulators

The guy actually filled the tank last week, inspection is still good... not sure when it expires. He raised the price to 110 since it was filled. Has the CGA 320 or whatever gas connection so im assuming and hoping my regulator from OBK will fit.

yeah, pretty sure that's the one on all beer regs. Only thing different with the regs from OBK, is the threads are most likely RH thread(stem & High press gauge)....as apposed to most of the other/older beverage regulators...they're LH thread...so if you wanted to connect the two together, you'd run into the problem Kyle had.....after i found the proper nipple to connect, all was good....well mine worked, i only assume kyle's did too  :?:

Oh okay, good to know... Might report back in a week or so if I have some trouble putting my regulator on. Not a big deal if it just requires a nipple to connect them though...

that would only happen if you wanted to attach two regulator bodies together, to have two different pressures....if you're just using the one regulator from OBK onto the tank, then you shouldn't have any problems.

Thanks Jmac00,

Yeah the adapter you picked up worked for mine as well. Sorry, thought I had PM'd you about that a while back.
