Hi all,
So due to life happening, I find myself looking for a house mate.
I live on Greenwood Drive (2min from peppercreak on a bus route)
Looking to rent out a room with the use of the rest of the house (and a 10gal brewing system ;D)
I have a decent yard with several grills and a fire pit as well.
Only thing is, my son (5yr old) will be with me a couple nights during the week, so you need to be ok with that
I figured the best place to start would be the club as I'm not a huge fan of total strangers 8)
Rent would be about $675 a month with everything included (heat, lights, fiber op internet)
