Anyone able to help a brother out? Just grinded my grain and realized I have only 1 pkg of S05 left for a 10 gallon bucket o grain. I could pitch a vial in there (2 separate carboys), but was hoping to ferment in my 58 gallon single fermenter with two packages of dry.
If anyone can help me out, I'd whip over to pick up either during mash or boil. I have $40 of it ordered from brew but he's likely at cottage for Canada day weekend. Feel free to call me at 447-7560 if able to help me out. Cheers.
