well IPA and stout need to get my stout recipe perfect for next seasons competitions

0.5Lbs British Crystal 55L
2.25 Lbs Flaked Barley
2oz Acid Malt

Wyeast 1084
1.5 Oz EKG @ 60 min
0.5 Oz Ekg 1 min
