Finally a Canadian store with decent prices
« on: March 24, 2011, 09:33:58 PM »
It has advanced all-grain stuff too, like March pumps.

Prices are somewhat higher than USA stores, but then there is no risk of duty at the border.

Prices are way better than most homebrew shops in Canada I've looked at so far.

Awesome. And there I was promising myself I wouldn't blow my spare cash on brewing equipment next month...

No stock?  :o  Let me run out and check. 1,2,3,4,5......42.  There's lots of stock. You scared me there for a minute. ;)
Hello brewers out there on the other side. It's been good hearing from some of you. Let me tell you about Hop Dawgs for just a little bit.
We started up one year ago on March 1, 2010 due to me as a frustrated brewer unable able to source the things I needed. We started with a few malts and hops and Muntons kits. As every week passed customers asked for more and more ingredients and hardware. One year later and I'm still receiving requests for more of this or that. So if there's something you need that I don't have just ask and I'll consider it as a new stocking item.
Thanks for the bandwidth.

Might I suggest cooler/Mash tun conversion kits.  The only ones I could find were state side so I ended up building one my self.  I would have been happy to pay for an all stainless kit.

They already do the converted tun:

Didn't check if they do everything minus the tun.

These guys are on point.

I stand corrected....guess I should have looked harder.  I think I spent slightly less on my DIY but would have been happy to spend more for stainless.
