0.75 lbs Weyermann Caramunich® TYPE III
0.125 lbs Roasted Barley
0.5 lbs White Wheat Malt
0.5 lbs Dark Brown Sugar

0.5 oz.Northern Brewer (Pellets, 8.00 %AA) boiled 60 min
1/2 oz Fuggle (Pellets, 4.75 %AA) boiled 15 min.
1/2 oz Fuggle (Pellets, 4.75 %AA) boiled 2 min.

Yeast : Fermentis S-04 Safale S-04

Original Gravity 1.052
Terminal Gravity 1.011

Bitterness 24 IBU
