11lbs Vienna.
1.5lbs Amber Malt.
1lb Brewer's Corn Flakes.
1lb Crystal 240.
2oz Challenger @ 60
2oz EKG @ 20.
2oz EKG dry-hop.
S-04.
2tblsp Burton Salts in mash water.
Mash 4 gallons @ 152, Sparge 4 gallons @ 168.
