Mash: 60 minutes at 152ºF (1.33qt/lb)
OG: 1.051
Colour: 12.5 SRM
IBU: 45

79.4 % Maris Otter
9.9 %   Carastan
5.0 %   Aromatic
5.0 %   Victory
0.8%    Black Patent

Warrior    (15.5 %)—0.75 oz (60 minutes): 33IBU
US Golding    (4.5 %)—1.50 oz (20 minutes): 12IBU
US Golding    (4.5 %)—3.00 oz (Flamout)

0.04oz/gallon Gypsum in boil

Yeast: S-04 (or US-05)
