Title: Quick Bitter (first batch in months following K.I.S.S method

6.50 lbs Maris Otter Pale
0.5 lbs Weyermann Caramunich® TYPE III
0.5 lbs Belgian Biscuit
1 lbs Barley Flakes

1.25 oz Goldings (Pellets, 5.00 %AA) boiled 60 min.
0.5 oz Goldings (Pellets, 5.00 %AA) boiled 15 min.

Yeast : Fermentis S-04 Safale S-04

Original Gravity 1.044
Terminal Gravity 1.010
Color 11.45 °SRM
Bitterness 36.1 IBU
Alcohol (%volume) 4.5 %

Mashing at around 155 (want the crystal and biscuit to shine)

I have two on the go now with goldings - really interested to see if they turn out with the spicy character of EKG which I really like. You'll have to save me a glass of this Dave - this should be nice...

Just dry hopped with 1.5 OZ of US goldings
