Definitely would like to try the end result here - Steam beer (specifically Anchor Steam) is a personal favourite of mine.

Drinking this now and I like it.  Doesn't seem to be as flavorful as anchor steam.  Fermented at around 60 next time I'll ferment higher.  I'll bring to the next meeting I can make.

Definitely interested in trying this.  Looks like it'd have a nice malty character to it with this high mash temp.  Perhaps jacking the amber to .5 lb would give you what you're looking for.
