5# White Wheat Malt
4.25# Maris Otter
0.5# Weyermann CaraMunich® II
0.5# Crystal Malt 60°L

1 oz Cascade (Pellets, 4.6 %AA) boiled 60 min
1 oz Fuggle (Pellets, 4.6 %AA) boiled 15 min
0.5 oz Saaz (Pellets, 5.8 %AA) boiled 2 min
0.4 oz ground coriander seed @ 1 min

Fermentis WB-06

Mash at 152F for 60 min
Sparge at 170F for 15 min

This is quite good. I think the coriander is at the right amount, but I'll also dry hop with Saaz if I make it again.
