Summer Cream Ale
« on: May 03, 2012, 09:51:37 AM »
This is the same as Richard's version of Bud, but with Kolsch Yeast and 1.25 oz of Saaz at 5 minutes... its in the primary now at about 63F and it smells fantasic. The Kolsch really comes out in this... I made a 1.75L starter (3 stages, 250ml + 500ml + 1000ml) and it seemed to start out real healthy.
