Yeah I know I'm a stuck record again; trying to tweak around with a cream ale recipe until I get something both the FIL and myself can chug in the summer months. I figure the
Pißwaßer is good, but the cascade hops aren't apparent enough in the flavour for my liking. Decided to revert back to noble hops, be a little more heavy handed with the additions, and jack back the rice a little bit (it gives a nice dry bite, but in excess it's... weird). I'm ditching the Pilsner in favour of Canadian 2-row for supply reasons.

0.3oz GR Magnum 10% @ 90.
0.5oz Saaz 4% @ 20.

Mash 3 gallons/20 mins @ 144, add 1.25 gallons boiling water and rest another hour. Sparge 4 gallons @ 168.
