.5lb crystal 40
.5lb vienna

Mash @ 148 for 1 hr, Sparge @ 168 for 15min. (GA used 0.15gal/lb, Mash Ratio = 1.33qts/lb)

.75oz Cascade @ 60
.75oz Willamette @ 15
.5oz Cascade @ 1

S04

Planning to keg after 9 days in primary.
OG = 1.044

Bet you could  get that sucker drinkable in 60 hours with a spunding valve!

just ordered 2 new double beer towers, 6 port gas mainfold and a bunch of keg disconnects ... pretty well broke until I ACTUALLY START WORKING !!! Expensive habit when you don't have an income and the gf is only willing to support the habit to a point, which I have officially crossed

Way to go man! Gotta check out the towers when you get em in...

I did another one on Sunday as well - same grain bill but with US goldings and fuggles - Notty yeast... should save me a glass of yours so we can compare...

Once I get a spunding valve, I'll rebuild the stockpile. In spring, at one point I had 35g available at once
