Ive tried that once with very bad results

How ever the alemost a lager recipe is basically Ken Leonards Mexican Cabana Lager and fermented cold with US-05 makes a very very great beer.

And for the Wheat I just ordered Blueberry and Raspberry Extract Im going to do 10 Gallons of Alemost a lager and 5 Gallons each of Blueberry and Raspberry ............ they will have 2 months to age as the wedding is actually the 22nd of may I thought it was the 2nd !!!

You should make one or two batches of real beer, mabey a nice hoppy IPA and a complex English bitter. That way, the BMC drinkers will be satisfied and the adventurous amongst them can try something new and delicious. That may be help recruit more people in St. Andrews to homebrewing too.
