Title: Kent's Hollow Leg - American Wheat
Post by: Chris Craig on April 29, 2012, 03:55:17 PM
Another from Brewing Classic Styles.

I just kicked the last keg of this today.  It was a great, light, summer beer.  Early on, the Centennial really came through to give the beer a citrusy flavour.  That disappeared completely after a couple of weeks though.  It was still good after, but it's best to drink this one young.
