Title: Filthy Blonde
Post by: Brian_S on May 21, 2011, 02:03:32 PM
This is a great light beer (~4.0 ABV) that can be turned around very quickly due to the light grain bill.  Its based off the Centenial Blonde recipe from Homebrewtalk.

Yeast - US05
Mashed 60 mins @ 150F
OG - 1.042
IBU - 22
Boil - 60 mins
Primary fermentation - 4 to 7 days @ 68F
Secondary - Sometimes (~4 days @ 68F)

Force carb for another 4 days and POOF Grain to glass in 2 weeks.
