Adjusted the recipe slightly only used 0.78Lbs of white sugar as thats all I had

I use beer tools as well. The program is a bit counter-intuitive to learn, but with a bit of practice, it is excellent.

I see you use the flaked barley. Does it add mouthfeel? or is there a reason? Add body?

Actually, supposedly our taste buds are better in the morning. Don’t remember where I’ve read that tho
Now we have an excuse to drink in the morning lol :shakes:
