5.5 US Gal batch.
10lbs 2-row.
2lbs cooked white rice.
1oz Hallertau Tradition 7% @ 60 minutes.
Mash 149F for 90 minutes.
Whirlfloc in boil @ 10 minutes.
OG 1.051 (70% Efficiency).
