Drake Marsh Sap - Maple Cream Ale

Little improvised batch of beer. Ran out of 2-row, used pils to make up the rest of the pale malt. Should've had CM I or Cara-Pils to color/flavor, but where i didn't I just used a teensy but of CM III. Smells great though :)

First sample of this last night, pretty darn good.

The maple from the boil lent a woody flavor, and the slight addition afterwards gave a slight sweet flavor to it. I'll probaby fill and cap a few bottles so I can share it sometime :)
