Sooo - thinking about an impending grain order, wondering if this might be a good candidate for me to try this summer?
Is honey as a brew ingredient the normal kind you get at the super market? Also thinking of ordering Crystal 60 rather than 40 since more recipes seem to call for "medium crystal" - does this sound right?

I'm going to be ordering a load of honey from some guys I know just outside town - made the most incredible mead. If you're willing to drive with me, we could pick up a lot...

Hey - sounds like a plan - let me know when you want to head over?
