« on: June 20, 2011, 09:59:17 PM »
5lbs 2-row
5lbs wheat malt
1lb Crystal 110 (40L)

1oz Cascade @ 60
0.5oz Hallertau @ 15

6 US Gallon Batch
OG (estimate) 1.047
FG (estimate) 1.012
IBU (estimate) 23.5 (tinseth)
ABV (estimate) 4.7%

Note: estimates exclude any fructose from the apricots.

Add to secondary 2.5lbs of pasteurised apricot puree (produced from fresh with a blender and a saucepan - sobeys have apricots for $2.99/lb atm).

Safale S-05.

Edit: it's Canadian wheat, dammit :P
