5.5lbs Two Row.
2lbs Wheat Malt.
2lbs Cooked White Rice.
1oz 4.5% Cascade @ 60
0.5oz 4.5% Cascade @ 15
0.5oz 4.5% Cascade @ 1
4.5% ABV
1.046 OG (Est) 1.012 FG (Est)
18.7IBU (Tinseth)
Pulp of one melon added to primary after fermentation has subsided.

for details on fruit added... Things did not work out as planned, but I'll be repeating this recipe with pasteurised watermelon. Unlikely to make the competition now, but I'll enter the

yeah, I would definately heat-sanitize the melon pulp, otherwise, smelly, sour brew

Was done with campden as per advice from elsewhere; smell has gone today, so might be ok after all.
