2oz EKG 5% @ 60
1oz Bobek 5% @ 20
1oz Bobek 5% @ 0


S-04 (keep low - 16C)

Mash 5gal @ 152, Sparge 4 gallons @ 168.

Ended up making a braggot - very close to a WW, but with Honey, so I'm gonna leave this for a little while. Will enter in the competition.
