Will be brewing this recipe this upcoming w-e. I was suppose to make the actual houblon chouffe clone but I’m missing 2 hops (amarillo and tomahawk) so I’ll do the northern brewer’s version instead which uses hops I already have on hand. I will use sucrose instead of corn sugar and I will be using washed yeast from my saison pipaix.

started the mash at lunch and I'll start sparging after work...if the day can finished already! beautiful weather for brewing today 8-)

all went well, collected 5,25gal @ 1.083 which gives me an efficiency of 77.8%
this morning I had half an inch of krausen :rock:
