Title: Hop'd up Golden Strong
Post by: jamie_savoie on February 25, 2014, 10:25:50 AM
After my vacation in charlevoix 2 weeks ago, I was inspired to brew something similar to lupulus  (http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/2807/40466/)which is kinda of a tripel/golden strong/ipa brewed with simcoe/amarillo/saaz hops.  I ditched simcoe because I didn’t want pine flavour because they tend to clash with belgian yeast
