Boil: 90 min
Mash: 90 min @ 65 C
Ferment: Start at 18 C raise to 26 C

Grains:
3.5 kg - Pilsner
450g - Cane Sugar
350g - Wheat malt
350g - Munich malt
60g - CaraMunich II

Hops:
50g Saaz @ 70
20g Saaz @ 10
20g Saaz @ 0

Yeast:
Wyeast 1581
