Brewed this recipe yesterday with my girlfriend, it’s actually for her and she even help me design the recipe. 8-)
I based my grain bill on my saison sauvin but added wheat and more acid malt. Mashed at 156 hoping that 3711 will leave some maltose behind and not make it super dry, I’m targeting an fg of a witbier (1.008-12). I’ll rack 3 gal to secondary, add Brett-L and forget it for 3-4 months.
