I had the white labs american farmhouse blend on hand and wanted to brew a saison playing with the american theme using (mostly) american grains and hops.  I wanted something fairly hoppy and with rye, took some ideas here and there and came up with this recipe. I will let it ride for about 3 months and will dry hop half of the batch, most likely with centennial
