As tasted by many members on 3/14 meeting at my place. Used 2 row instead of Pilsner malt.

Notes:

I added 4 2 oz of clementine peels at 3 mins. I used the full peel (pith and all) and chopped it up, added to hop spider bag.

Missed OG, Started at 1.045 and Finished at 1.003 for an ABV of 5.6%.

I really enjoyed this. It was light and refreshing but still with a lot of flavour.
